Hello! Thanks for the tips! Do you also use a personal hotspot with a data plan? Or have you found a phone plan that works for travel? I don’t always want to rely on AirBnB/cafe wifi or get local SIMs.

Hey Matt,
Great article as always, it answered a lot of my questions.
But lately I’ve noticed a really annoying issue on the posts. While reading the article the page constantly bounces resulting in the need to figure out where I was reading!
If I was someone new to your site I wouldn’t of thought twice to to leave the page. And like me, I guess this will be the case for many other reading.
Just a heads up mate.

This post is brilliant. I guess as a digital nomad, I often feel like I’m just one person out there but there’s this whole network of tools and support I never knew about.
I’m one of those who work too much and miss the point. I need to choose my work more carefully and be disciplined.

Yes, these are all necessary and practical tips. Especially the wifi can eff things up! I remember really fighting with that at an Airbnb in Manila. Otherwise, as you say – the key is to travel slow and make use of the time zones!
