Traveling solo is really a great experience and being alone brings lot of adventures. As you need to handle everything by own and without depending on anyone.

I had a great experience such as traveling by sea, train and bike. You meet new people and also get a chance to explore new places.

They’re not stamping anymore for the most part.

I myself am very passionate about travel and have visited over 50 countries. The Caribbean is a great place to live and travel. Let me know if ever you decide to visit the Caribbean. I am based in Nevis where I live and work having established my own business jhmarlin.com

So true! Solo travel rocks. I love traveling alone for the freedom it gives me and the lessons I learn along the way. The biggest lesson that I have learnt while traveling solo is that I can be who I am without being judged.

I couldn’t agree more! Even though we are traveling the world as a couple, I do know what it’s like to travel the world as a female. Most important lesson I’ve learnt; we’re always stronger than we think we are!

I especially love #6. šŸ™‚ I’ve travelled to several countries around Europe by myself, and taken some intercontinental flights to the US and South Korea alone, but never more than that. Maybe one day I will!

I’m just getting started and it has been rough, but this was very inspiring and gave me chills as I remembered all the reasons why I wanted to travel. I had to choke back tears! Haha
Thanks for the encouragement. Much love from South Africa,
Christy
